Re: 2021 Recruiting /NU adds JC Point Guard & 6’7” Iorio xfer

Was always waiting for Nick to light them up for NU but it never happened.

That he is leaving indicates better guards coming in, and if he goes to Daemon he'll be a star.

Seemed like a good kid, wish him well. His dad is a fine guy.

Re: FROZEN FOUR/ UMass -How to win a nat'l title 101

Carvel had a vison and proved one can be successful with small pesky skilled forwards and most importantly mobile defensemen who can master possession and speed to overcome size. So did Layden. So did Blaise. Paulus has all sorts of potential. Jury is still out on Lammers but the potential is there...

Re: TRANSFER PORTAL

Personally i’d love to see us pick up a decent sized transfer with three or four years of eligibility left.

Re: Happy Easter...

Though St. Lawrence University today is non-denominational, it was founded in 1856 by leaders of the Universalist Church, who were seeking to establish a seminary west of New England and were enthusiastically courted by the citizens of Canton....formed the same year as NU!
