Re: UConn continues their downward trend

Well said Philly. I'm a native of CT but became very disenfranchised with "over taxation without representation" policies along with the gross fiscal mismanagement led by the party in charge. We fled for much greener pastures in New Hampshire. I was a Huskie fan as a kid, followed the bask...

Re: Monmouth to CAA/ MAAC Expansion?

In a perfect world or if a prominent league such as the Big East is considering expanding, of course the emphasis should be on quality. Unfortunately, smaller leagues such as the MAAC don't have the influence or prestige to attract schools to bolster their respective leagues. Did the recent addition...

Re: Monmouth to CAA/ MAAC Expansion?/ Wagner -NJIT ?

RP is spot on with his MAAC analysis. Monmouth was a significant loss for the reasons stated. Re: Monmouth leaving the MAAC for the CAA/ MAAC Expansion?

CT Post article from 2012 with Fairfield's AD Gene Doris being quoted:
Quinnipiac, Monmouth and Wagner are considered to be top candidates to join the MAAC, with Bryant a dark horse.
