It's too bad that Jack didn't have the luxury of being mentored as an assistant coach under an experienced head coach . I'm not sure any 26 yr old is ready to be a DI head coach . He was an excellent recruiter who brought in a lot of good talent .

I'm not sure that he is among the top 60 players eligible to be drafted . The different combines he'll attend will provide feedback on what areas he needs to work on . I hope he gets drafted , but if he doesn't it'll be great to have him back for another year .

Good point '71 with regard to Canadian recruits . The NBA has plenty of Canadian players , NU is never going to get the 4 & 5 stars , however , there still plenty of good players available . Under Lonergan and Armstrong NU always had good Canadian talent . I would think with Armstrong's celebrit...
