The early line has Monmouth as a 1 point favorite , we need another performance like we ha against Colgate . Monmouth has been very impressive with some quality wins .

I still believe it’s Iona and everybody else in the MAAC. After the Gaels, the group of NU, Monmouth , Manhattan and maybe Fairfield have all impressed to date in OOC play.

Hopefully they've been promoting this on campus to get the students in the NZone.

I had to laugh at the comment about promoting a basketball game on campus for the students.
What the hell do they have to do with their time on a Friday night? Are they so out of touch with any basketball knowledge and school spirit that they can not recognize this should be a fun 2 hours?
I guess long gone are the day of waiting for days for an important game at the Student Center.

Just more hand holding and idiotic coddling by the college administrators who protested the Viet War and sang kumbaya in the late 60’s and the 70’s when they were students. Personal responsibility and accountability, what’s that ?Woops I forgot , the majority of them go home to Mommy and Daddy on weekends for therapy.

57-49 Monmouth. Can’t win too many games on homecourt shooting 29 percent. The better team won tonight.

Slowing the tempo was the right strategy , you could see that every time Monmouth had the opportunity to push the pace they seemed to score . NU just doesn't have the offensive firepower to overcome a double digit deficit .
