Where is Veltri? Covid ?

Man, we are struggling against one of the worst teams in the AHA.

Another NU penalty and a an AFA PP goal.
4-1 after 1st while shots are even.
FO's NU 8-6 but meaningless at this point.

We loose 5-3 tonight.

Hang in there Jim. We beat ND but just can't sustain success ! I feel the exact same way sometimes as this forum as evolved into a blog. We create a "positive vibe" and it suddenly dissipates.

NU did battle back last night but fell to the Falcons 5-4 at Air Force. Cox, Stanley, Pineno and Somner had goals for NU. Still no word as to why Veltri did not play ?

It's hard to differentiate one season from another , it's a program that's not on a roller coaster but on a treadmill . When the goatending is good the offense disappears , then when the offense steps up , the goal tending falters . They typify what a mediocre program is , so frustrating waiting for them to gain some momentum and play consistently . Those glimpses of success we see are never sustained .

I thought we turned the corner against ND at South Bend. At some point, we need to maintain consistency and start sweeping, or coming away with four points in these weekend AHA contests.
