Maybe a new thread for 2015 recruiting??

I am disappointed in the recruiting success to date and especially the lack of a true big; however, Casey’s guys appear to be workers and the only place success comes before work is in the dictionary.

It is encouraging to know we are aggressively recruiting for 2015, 2016 as well.

Work hard and lady luck can’t be far behind.

I know that staff has been recruiting Nwanwko for quite some time now. He may have even been the staff's first offer at Niagara.

Same with Pettway. He's built like a tank, too. He looks like a linebacker in a basketball uniform.

I feel like that staff's focus and eye have been on the 2015's since they were hired, which isn't a bad thing at all. It's also a smart thing for Casey to have a few scholarships open in the summer due to 5th year transfers and regular transfers. We landed Marcus Ware around this time last year as well.

2015 Zion-Benton (IL) F Admiral Schofield has received an offer from Niagara.

Looks like he has some size..

I like that Niagara is now targeting for 2015. Casey and staff are out on the road and making some offers. Will be interesting to see what Casey's trip to Texas brings....Hopefully one more big this year

It appears to me that Casey & Staff are covering a lot of territory...might be learning and growing by fire and that's OK...growing the NU franchise is the goal….and you reap what you sow...
