Good win for Rider over UVM at the Mohegan Sun Casino - Hall of Fame Classic. Never heard of Caldwell College, but it's a W for SPU. Bad loss for QU at home to SHU...The stronger clubs in the MAAC appear to be Iona, Rider, Manhattan and maybe Siena.

ANy win over UVM is a impressive win as Vermont is likely one of the top Mid Major Programs in the NCAA. AMerica East has really risen in prominence the last few seasons, as the MAAC is falling in the opposite direction, Who'da thunk it back when we left the Northeast COnference for the lofty MAAC back in the late 80's early 90's ?

Unneeded info, Caldwell University is located in Caldwell New located just outside of Montclair in the SHire of Essex. Unneeded info part 2 : Caldwell was the birthplace of former Buffalo Mayor and also President Grover Cleveland.

Caldwell is D II, however the schedule show them playing St Pete's. Norfolk State and Rutgers so maybe they are looking at moving up eventually? (or maybe getting a bog paycheck for at least one game?),
