Send some questions...gotta start building a fire!

Hi Jocelyn,

1)   Anything being done to revive the series with St. John's.  We played them for 80 years straight and then nothing?  How about DePaul , another Vincentian school?

2) Great OOC game at Syracuse last year.  Dug a hole early on but pretty much played even after that.  Any rematch?

3)  NU has one player, STEVEN LEVNAIC, from Canada where quality ball players are now the norm and I think Bonnies even has a coach assigned ther to recruit.  Any plans or thoughts on Canadian recruiting?

4)  Is an overseas trip on the radar in the next few years?

 5) How many scholarships are left?   What type of player are you targeting to fill the sport?

 6) Any chance of having a Purple & White scrimmage over Alumni Weekend in October?

 7) Last year was played without a full complement of coaches.  Do you plan to hire a new coach to fill out the coaching staff?   If so, what will you be looking for?

8)  Any thoughts to playing Bonnies at a neutral court like Blue Cross Arena in Rochester?  It would be a good game for both clubs, draw well over Thanksgiving and to engage local alumni.  This has been done before.

9)  What's the biggest challenge facing Niagara basketball?

10) As coach, what is your biggest challenge as coach at NU?

11)  How is the OOC schedule coming, any announcements you can make?

12)  NU is rebuilding and struggled at the beginning of the year, really struggled, but following your first victory, and the news clip of the locker room it was clear you and the team were joined at the hip and a special relationship was forming.  Following that game NU seemed to find a grove with some great wins and improved play throughout the year.  Can you keep this going?

13) Any thoughts on the skills / culture relationship when recruiting?

Thanks Coach, you’re doing a great job, couldn’t be more proud.

Love when a million questions come from a "under $249 " donor over past 18 months per Donor Report who purports being a huge supporter!

Guys, I'm offline in about 5 mins and will be unable to listen in. If someone could take some "copious" notes, it would greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A few takeaways:

Schedule: Home Norfolk State, St Bonaventure, plus a Div 2 team
Away. Colgate, Ohio State, St Francis PA
Tournament. Three games likely hosted by Youngstown State, previously posted
Missing. UB so far, with two games to be added upon finalized contracts

Recruits: Two spots open. I got the impression something was imminent on at least one
but no details.

Staff: Fully staffed for next season
