With no consequence to MAAC seedings, at Siena , Canisius beat Siena 76-75.
NU plays in quarters on Wednesday, March 10th at 5 or 7pm.

I take it Niagara will take on Marist as the Red Foxes were swept by Monmouth in the regular season, correct?

Will be interesting to see what happens if any team gets Covid banned during the tournament. Will the opponent get a bye or forfeit win or will they reseed the tournament?

I believe each team has gone into a bubble prior to tourney and for as long as each team advances.
Good question about bye v reseed.
I don't know but will ask.

Not that the MAAC would necessarily follow Atlantic Hockey but Atlantic Hockey has a team out of the tournament because of Covid, Holy Cross. AHC has given Sacred Heart a bye. Now that was an easy choice since they were the first team out of a bye and Holy Cross was the last seed. Could have been a different choice had it been a team lower ranked than Sacred Heart.
