An in and out 3 would have cut it to 2. But not the case. BTW the Purple Eagles scored first against RMU.

34 seconds to go. Niagara with the ball down by 4. Absolutely need a basket here either 2 or 3.

70-64 loss. Missed several 3 pointers late that could have made a difference.

Great effort. Soloman showed real grit. NU will not win many with Roberts and Hammond a combined 1-12 from 3 pt land . Nawandu was the star this year. Always impressed with a team that never quits. It will be interesting who returns fir the NCAA “ free” year.

Iona 70
Niagara 64

Much improved play in the second half.
Valiant effort that fell short.
Very impressed throughout the year that under Paulus there are positive adjustments made after TO's and at halftime, the sign of a good coach,
Now all attention turns to recruiting and we need bigs like every team in the nation!

I can’t watch a game with empty seats and banners , it’s scrimmage like. I watched some of the SEC yesterday , having even 5k in the house presents itself as a real game.
