Believe it or not, NU received 3 votes in the USCHO.com Top 20 Poll. AIC came in at #21 with 26 votes just missed cracking the Top 20.

NU received "5" votes in the latest USCHO Top 20 Poll.

AIC (35) and SHU (10) also received votes .

NU received "7" votes in the USCHO Top 20 Poll. RIT, AIC and SHU also received votes.

NU is currently third in the AHA Standings behind RIT and Sacred Heart.

NU received 9 votes in the latest USCHO Poll this week. RIT at #21 garnered 82 votes just out of the Top 20.

NU (6-3-1) is holding strong with another 9 votes in the latest USCHO Top 20 poll. ROT at 10-2 has broken into poll at #20 which is fantastic for the AHA.

Big weekend series at Dwyer after Thanksgiving v Colgate.
Then, back into conference play at West Point.

This series is crucial for PWR. Although Niagara is getting votes and would be at #24 in the poll, they are at #29 in the all-important PWR for tournament purposes. Very impressive showing against the USNTDP which has done well against most other college teams. The only drawback I see to that game was that Niagara used Veltri all 3 periods instead of splitting time like most teams do in exhibitions. Perhaps Lammers felt the need to impress the voters more than to give his players ice time. There is an obvious need for reputation more so than most other teams need so I give him a pass for that.

Agree NE. NU’s win over the very talented US Dev. Team should bode well for NU’s icemen moving forward. The US team is stacked with high NFL draft picks and most college teams struggle against them.
