3,900 was announced last night at Boardwalk Hall. Decent turnout.

By pushing the MAAC T forward a week to accommodate AC’s scheduling, this is the competition the league was up against last night and over the weekend. Insanity.

"MAAC Final on ESPNU at 7:30 vs Texas/Kansas ESPN at 6. Utha State vs SDSU at 6 on CBS. Xavier vs Marquette at 6:30 on FOX, Kent State vs Toldeo at 7:30 on ESPN2, UAB vs FL ATL at 8:30 on CBSSN and Duke vs Virginia at 8:30 on ESPN. ..Far cry from being ALONE on Monday night 7:30 on ESPN or ESPN (first week in March ) ."

The MAAC received some good coverage by the NY Post over the weekend partially due to RP.

Headline Hartford Courant :

A Hall of Fame start: No. 4 seed UConn men open against No. 13 Iona and legendary Rick Pitino.

This should be a helluva game.
I'm guessing early line -8 UCONN.
