Special teams was the difference in this game with CC converting on 3 PP goals while NU could only muster 1. Game over.

Such a wonderful opportunity for NU to play at home in the championship game against HC. Stupid penalties was the difference tonight.

Holy Cross at CC next Saturday in the AHA Title game.

Enough of this best of three series format . The AHA should go to a single elimination playoff system like Hockey East .

Ugh. That is a tough 2 game loss. With Holy Cross advancing... NU had a great NCAA opportunity. Great effort, not enough chances!

To Aherns defense: after the whistle a Canisuis D man clobbered Ahern with a cross check. Refs were great at catching the last hit, not the first illegal hit. Our PP and PK were not good enough this weekend!
