Survey going on presently on the internet says 83% think transfer portal is bad.
Over 1100 D1 scholarship CBK players have entered portal in first three weeks...out of control.

There are about 4500 scholarship student athletes in Division One (350 x 13). If you assume one fifth have completed their eligibility that means about one out of three remaining players are looking to transfer…to where. The number of major and high mid major schools isn’t growing. The number of high school seniors who play basketball is likely the same even with a decline in overall HS seniors. It would be interesting to know many will play up and how many will play down. How many just leave for academic reasons. Wouldn’t be great to know what is really going on, the devil is in the details.
