This is a double elimination Tourney right ? The fat lady hasn’t sung yet . The Tourney schedule lists NU playing the Griffs tonight at 7pm in the elimination game. The Griffs were upset by the Jaspers in game 1.

They lost 6-2 to Canisius. Only 5 hits in each of the losses today. Tough way to end the season. It did not help that Canisius the higher seed (3) had been upset earlier. Would have been better to take on the 6 seed instead but anytime you lose the first game in a double elimination it is extremely difficult to rebound. You have to play more games in fewer days and against the better teams usually too.
