I couldn’t find a preview or any game notes on pe.com regarding the SHU game tonight.
Below are the SHU’s game preview and game notes...
A split would be nice this weekend. We can't go 5 games into the season without a win.
The second weekend of the Atlantic Hockey season brings a rematch of last year's quarterfinal series to Martire Family Arena, as the Sacred Heart University men's ice hockey team entertains Niagara for a two-game set. Revenge will be on the mind of the Pioneers, who had their season end on home ice at the hands of the Purple Eagles back in March. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. on Friday and 6 p.m. on Saturday.
SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
Niagara opened its Atlantic Hockey campaign at home last Saturday with a 2-2 (OT) tie against Mercyhurst, and then suffered a 1-0 loss in the shootout. Carter Randklev scored with 1:13 to play in regulation for the Purple Eagles to force overtime. Randklev has two goals through three games, while Jay Ahearn leads the team in points, with 1-2-3. Niagara suffered 8-1 and 2-1 losses at Omaha on opening weekend.

Re: Niagara @ Sacred Heart
NU's game notes were just added to the bottom of the featured story on pe.com. No link at the top or on the official schedule for this game. Just FYI, all D1 schools schools link the game notes. This is probably semantics for some, but the media and fans of interest read the official game notes.

A nice win for sure , it seems like NU plays better on the road than they do at home .
Re: Niagara beats Sacred Heart in OT
This team has been” in “ every game poised for a win except for the first Omaha game. They seem like a well balanced team on both D and O, improved penalty kill , faceoffs and blocked shots. The early returns are in and it’s positive !
