RMU (2-4-2) earned one point at Alaska last weekend after splitting with Bentley at home. Tonight's game is at Dwyer. Does anybody know if the local Cable TV Co. in WNY is still broadcasting/streaming any NU games on their website ?

The Purple Eagles (2-6-2) and Colonials (2-4-2) meet for the first time since 2021 in a home-and-home series this weekend.
Niagara was the final opponent faced by the Colonials before the RMU program was briefly discontinued following the 2020-21 season.
That meeting was game three of a 2021 Atlantic Hockey quarterfinal series won by, 2-1, by the Purple Eagles on March 14, 2021.
The two teams each won five of their last 10 meetings prior to this season.

Niagara Notes
•Niagara is coming off a weekend that saw them fall in a pair of games at Bentley this past weekend.
•Niagara dropped the first game of the weekend by a score of 6-2 to the Falcons before falling 2-1 on Saturday.
Glebs Prohorenkovs opened the scoring in the first period for Niagara in which was responded by three first period goals to take a 3-1 lead after one period. Luke Mylymok scored the second goal of the game on the power play for his second goal of the season. Ryan Ouellette made 15 saves in the first period and was replaced in the second period by Mitchell Day who made 11 saves in 40 minutes of play.
•In the second game of the weekend, L. Mylymok found the back of the net on the power play for the second straight night, it was his third straight game with a goal. Jarrett Fiske started in net for the Purple Eagles and made 20 saves on 22 shots in a losing effort.
POWER PLAY IS HEATING UP
• The Niagara power play started the season for two straight games without scoring on the man advantage. Since then Niagara has scored in five of the last six games while scoring six times.
• Niagara is fourth in the AHA in power play percentage with them scoring on 20% of their power plays. The Purple Eagles have had just 30 power plays this year which is the least amount of power plays in the AHA.
•Nine Purple Eagles have scored a point for Niagara with Ahearn, Randklev, and Murray each having at least one power play goal.
WHERE THEY RANK
•Josef Mysak is eighth in Atlantic Hockey among defensemen in career points as he has 37 points in his 97 game career.
•Carter Randklev is tied for ninth among AHA played in goals with 25 in his career.
•Three Purple Eagles are in the top 10 in shooting percentage this season in the AHA. Luke Mylymok has a .200 shooting percentage and ranks fifth in the conference among active players. Prohorenkovs ranks seventh with a .191 and Randklev is eighth with a .181.
•Prohorenkovs is third in the conference in faceoff wins this season with 104 asnd is averaging 11.56 win per game which is also third in the AHA.
•Graduate Student Jaedon Leslie is seventh in the AHA in faceoff wins with 88 this season. He averages 11 wins per game which is fourth in the AHA.
BATTLE ON SPECIAL TEAMS
•Niagara is fourth in the AHA in power play percentage while Robert Morris sits in ninth in penalty killing. RMU is operating at a 76.9% kill percentage while they have allowed nine power play goals on 39 attempts.
•Niagara’s penalty kill is 10th in the AHA as they have killed 76.7% of their 30 penalty kills. Robert Morris has scored seven power plays on 38 attempts this season.

NU is off to a strong start , they lead 1-0 after the first period , NU had 22 shots on goal as opposed to RMU's 5 . Hopefully NU can continue attacking and putting the pressure on RMU's goalie .
