Women’s Soccer- Winning

Post by phillyeagle »

NU’s Women’s soccer team is compiling a strong record to start the season. In fact, it may be one of its strongest starts ever. After losing its first game at UB, it has beat Syracuse, Cornell, Cleveland State, and yesterday Duquesne. Next up is a game at Bona.

Yeah, I mentioned the win over SU on the Hall of Fame thread . All of these are quality wins over larger schools from superior leagues. Keep it going NU !!!

Love to comment on positives. WNU soccer beats Bona in OT 3-2.
Niagara led 2-0 at half but seemed to falter in the second half allowing Bona to tie it up.
Now 5 wins in a row!

No matter the sport , beating St Bona is always a good thing . Let's hope the girls keep it rolling .

What would it take for Niagara to get into the others receiving votes section of the polls? UB which is their only loss is also 6-1 and their loss is to #15 West Virginia and they don't even have any votes.
