Re: NU lands three transfers/ Scheduling news
The early season schedule seems more reasonable for Niagara, but I am surprised of the lack of "money games" for the hockey team.

Yes, that was just the out of conference schedule. That gap will be filled with league games. I imagine there may be a league game or two after the Colgate series as well, then the rest of the league games begin again after the game at St. Lawrence.

Yes, thanks.
Do you expect any other OOC games to be added?
I think Union and maybe RPI owe us a game at home.

Thanks for the updates !
I like the schedule consisting of more traditional eastern programs (ECAC) with a higher chance of success. Lammers has to start moving up in the league standings for long-term survival purposes. Money games are obviously important for AHA programs, but at some point being simply cannon fodder serves no useful purpose other than cash. We maybe getting some "dough" from the Miami weekend, maybe J. Barry can chirp in here. NU needs to market the hell out of the SLU and CGate home games at Dwyer.

Not this year. 8 plus 26 league games gives 34, the maximum allowed. One exhibition is also allowed(NDTP). The only way to get a couple more games is in an exempt tournament which is usually found at the beginning of the season.
