It seems like we read of an NCAA approved transfer almost daily, including yesterday, one from Wake Forest to Michigan.
It's Halloween and time for NU to get some candy and the Cintron waiver from the NCAA!

Every transfer is getting a transfer eligibility this year. That is about the only thing one can count on for the remainder of 2020.
