This game ideally should have been scheduled as an opener , not much to be gained . Hopefully some of the freshmen who haven't had much playing time will get the opportunity today .

NU leads at half. Not very impressive. Thomason goes 3-4 from 3 pt land. That was the positive.
Kasper plays, but goes 0-3 from 3pm land on open looks. That was a big negative.
We need to see signs of some offensive production from Obioha.

Big Harlan had 8 rebounds in just 12 minutes....extrapolate that over 40 minutes and you get 26.7 rebounds.

I've got beautiful waterfront property in Jersey for you!
Predict SJU 80-52 but going and rooting!
Line likely -17 in only my opinion.

Actually I like the way Big Harlan moves , he could potentially be a big time contributor down the road . He also seems to have something that can't be taught.......a good basketball IQ .

Big Harlan O had 8 rebounds today against a D2 opponent. ..GP seems locked into a rotation of NT, Ilorio , Gray, Bayless , Brown , Mitchell and Erving. Triore didn’t get any minutes today . Was he on the bench?

I think Obioha will crack the starting lineup by seasons end. Not just this game but in all games he has been in he has been averaging a rebound every 2 minutes. He fouls a little too much so that is what they are teaching him to handle better. His shooting is very decent at 44% and he is 4 of 5 in free throws which is a great sign as well.

Traore didn't dress for the game because of a leg injury.
